Step 1
Fill in the form indicating your personal details and reason for consultation. If you already had additional diagnostic tests, we will ask you to send them to us before the visit.
Step 2
Our team will contact you to arrange a visit in the modality you prefer. You will also receive all the information of the process and instructions for the online payment.
Step 3
On the day of the consultation, the specialist will contact you directly. After the visit, we will send you the request forms for additional tests or medical prescriptions indicated by your doctor.
