At Andrología Mallorca, we are proud to welcome Dr. Valentí Tubau Vidaña, a highly respected urologist and andrologist, whose career combines excellence in clinical practice, research, and teaching.
Dr. Tubau holds a Medical Degree from the University of Barcelona and specialized in Urology at the Hospital Universitari Son Espases, where he is now Section Chief of Renal Oncology, Laparoscopic Surgery, Lithiasis, and Renal Transplantation. He is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU), holds a Master’s Degree in Renal Cancer from the University of Salamanca, and has trained in advanced urological surgery, including placements at the Urology Institute of London (UCLH, NHS).
As a researcher, he is Principal Investigator in several clinical trials on kidney cancer, overactive bladder, and laparoscopic kidney transplantation, with frequent participation in national and international conferences.
In education, Dr. Tubau teaches in animal experimentation courses at IdISBa, collaborates with the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), and has served as a MIR resident tutor at Son Espases since 2014. He is a member of the European Association of Urology, the Spanish Urology Association, and sits on the board of the Balearic Urology Association.
